Being seen in high profile events, especially those hosted at Trump owned establishments, has been key in his image's success. One such notable instance was the Mike Tyson vs Michael Spinks (1988) fight: Donald Trump notably hosted and promoted the highly anticipated fight between Mike Tyson and Michael Spinks at the Atlantic City Convention Hall, connected to his Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino.
Another big reason people say they voted for him was because he wrote "The Art of the Deal". This is false. The book was ghost-written by Tony Schwartz.
